My story

For years I chased results the wrong way — cutting entire food groups, following meal plans I couldn't maintain, and letting the scale dictate my mood. Nothing stuck, and I was exhausted.

Everything shifted when I started competing in weightlifting. Performance demanded that I actually fuel my body — not starve it. I learned to track macros, read labels, and build a relationship with food rooted in curiosity instead of fear. The weight came off. The energy came back. And I finally felt like myself.

That transformation is what drove me to become a certified nutrition coach. I know what it feels like to start late, feel lost, and not know who to trust. And I know what it feels like on the other side — empowered, confident, and free.

What I believe

Behavior change is hard. Mindset matters as much as macros. And no diet works long-term if it doesn't fit your life. I coach from that place — meeting you exactly where you are, with zero judgment and a whole lot of practical education.
